Personal Trainer
I have already visited several gyms, so I had the opportunity to see what works well and what decisions can be harmful in the long run. I believe in the power of team unity, and I consider it important that my colleagues not only enjoy their work but also feel proud to work in such a special place. I do everything I can to provide the best conditions for them. I place a strong emphasis on community building because I believe it is the foundation of success. I want everyone here to plan for the long term and shape the future together.

"If you think in muscles, you forget about movements. If you think in movements, you never forget about muscles." For me, quality movement always comes before quantity, because first move well, then move more. As a personal and strength trainer, I believe in movement-based preparation, because I want to get the most out of you during the time we spend together so that you can reach your goals faster. As an athlete, whether it's enhancing your performance (developing strength, speed, and explosiveness), or for non-athletes (everyone in the gym is an athlete), the goal is to improve your fitness level and increase muscle mass so that your everyday life becomes healthier, fresher, and more dynamic. To achieve these goals, I have a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, a Master’s in Physical Education and History Teaching, Strength Training qualifications, FMS expertise, and I am a Functional Strength Trainer (Michael Boyle, CFSC). I have further deepened my knowledge through multiple performance enhancement courses, including topics such as weightlifting and powerlifting, developing speed and explosiveness, and strength development for youth athletes. Feel free to contact me with confidence, I’m here to help with expertise!

Rátky László
Personal Trainer
My name is Laci, and I am originally a programmer by profession. I completed my fitness studies at the IWI International Fitness School. I have always had a strong need for movement, so regular physical activity has been a part of my life since childhood. As a child, I practiced gymnastics, climbed trees and house walls, and later tried to satisfy this inclination in climbing gyms. I have been involved in fitness for about 15 years. As a programmer, I have experienced firsthand how important it is to balance the physical and mental disadvantages of sitting work with regular exercise. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, or simply adopting a more active and healthier lifestyle, I will help you achieve your goals with motivating, personalized workouts and professional guidance.

I graduated with a degree in physical education and coaching from the University of Szeged, and then completed my master's degree in physical education and history teaching in Eger. Alongside my university studies, I also completed courses in swimming coaching, football coaching, Pilates instruction, and personal training. In my free time, I participate in running races, senior swimming competitions, and obstacle course races. I have several half-marathon victories to my name, and I have won a marathon as well. Additionally, I have podium finishes in obstacle course races. Some of my best results include 10th and 12th place in my age group at the Spartan World and European Championships. I believe it's important to set an example for others in my personal life as well.
Mathesz Anna
Personal Trainer
I’m Anna, and my original degree is in physics. Movement has been a part of my life for a long time; I danced modern dance in high school and during university, and for many years, gym workouts have taken the leading role. I really enjoy learning and gathering science-based information about training and nutrition. I’ve always wanted to have a job where I can help people, and I feel that as a trainer, I’ve found my calling. I completed my personal trainer certification at IWI, and I further expanded my qualifications with pre- and postnatal trainer training. The best investment you can make is in your health. I look forward to welcoming you so we can achieve your goals related to training and lifestyle change.

Since my childhood, sports have revolved around my life. I played football, and then I switched to the "dark side" — the referee’s field. In addition to coaching, I have been a football referee for over 8 years, officiating in women’s NB1 and men’s NB3 matches. As a member of the national team, I have assessments at least twice a year, so maintaining continuous physical readiness and conditioning is important to me. In addition to my group fitness instructor qualifications, I am also a certified personal trainer and hold a mental health counseling certificate, so I am experienced in keeping both the body and mind fit. My goal is to help as many people as possible fall in love with sports, guiding them down a path they will never regret, leading them to a fuller, happier, and healthier life. If you enjoy varied and challenging forms of exercise, I look forward to seeing you at my PRAMA classes.

I am Dorottya Kmetty, and I graduated from the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sports Science as a sports and recreation organizer and health development specialist. I also earned my certificate as a preventive spinal yoga instructor there. After university, I worked abroad for a year and a half (first in the Netherlands, then on the Canary Islands) as an event organizer and fitness instructor. Currently, I am a physiotherapy student at the University of Szeged. Alongside my studies, I teach group classes in spinal exercises and functional circuit training in both Budapest and Szeged. As part of the Future of Fitness team, my goal is to use my studies and experience to assist my clients in achieving their goals, progressing, and creating a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Last but not least, I want everyone who enters the Prama room to leave with a smile and a satisfying kind of fatigue, eagerly looking forward to coming back again. I warmly welcome everyone!
Liker Adrienn
Group Trainer
I completed my higher education at the University of Szeged, where I earned a degree in health development. Later, I obtained a fitness-wellness instructor qualification, which enabled me to lead vibration training sessions, choreographed aerobics classes, step aerobics, and body shaping workouts. My main philosophy is a healthy lifestyle, which includes both physical and mental well-being. As a nutrition science specialist and mental health professional, I strive to provide the highest level of guidance to those who turn to me. Movement is essential to my life, and there’s nothing like the feeling of dopamine release after a good workout. Prama takes this to the next level because it motivates, entertains, offers a sense of community, and pushes boundaries. As a trainer, it’s important to me that exercises are performed correctly, so you can always be sure that we’ll get the best results from your workouts. I hope to meet you soon, and that you’ll experience the Prama world for yourself!

Sport and I haven’t always been the best of friends. As a young adult, group fitness classes were the breakthrough that changed my perspective on movement. As a group fitness instructor, my goal is to share my knowledge with many people about the positive effects of movement on both health and the soul, whether it's for children or adults. What I emphasize in my group classes: • Posture • Body awareness • Mobility • Endurance • Balance Other qualifications: • MyADHDmove trainer • Children’s aerobics instructor • Health-conscious nutrition advisor • Spinal and prevention trainer
