I have already visited several gyms, so I had the opportunity to see what works well and what decisions can be harmful in the long run. I believe in the power of team unity, and I consider it important that my colleagues not only enjoy their work but also feel proud to work in such a special place. I do everything I can to provide the best conditions for them. I place a strong emphasis on community building because I believe it is the foundation of success. I want everyone here to plan for the long term and shape the future together.

I am Dorottya Kmetty, and I graduated from the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sports Science as a sports and recreation organizer and health development specialist. I also earned my certificate as a preventive spinal yoga instructor there. After university, I worked abroad for a year and a half (first in the Netherlands, then on the Canary Islands) as an event organizer and fitness instructor. Currently, I am a physiotherapy student at the University of Szeged. Alongside my studies, I teach group classes in spinal exercises and functional circuit training in both Budapest and Szeged. As part of the Future of Fitness team, my goal is to use my studies and experience to assist my clients in achieving their goals, progressing, and creating a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Last but not least, I want everyone who enters the Prama room to leave with a smile and a satisfying kind of fatigue, eagerly looking forward to coming back again. I warmly welcome everyone!

I completed my higher education at the University of Szeged, where I earned a degree in health development. Later, I obtained a fitness-wellness instructor qualification, which enabled me to lead vibration training sessions, choreographed aerobics classes, step aerobics, and body shaping workouts. My main philosophy is a healthy lifestyle, which includes both physical and mental well-being. As a nutrition science specialist and mental health professional, I strive to provide the highest level of guidance to those who turn to me. Movement is essential to my life, and there’s nothing like the feeling of dopamine release after a good workout. Prama takes this to the next level because it motivates, entertains, offers a sense of community, and pushes boundaries. As a trainer, it’s important to me that exercises are performed correctly, so you can always be sure that we’ll get the best results from your workouts. I hope to meet you soon, and that you’ll experience the Prama world for yourself!

Sport and I haven’t always been the best of friends. As a young adult, group fitness classes were the breakthrough that changed my perspective on movement. As a group fitness instructor, my goal is to share my knowledge with many people about the positive effects of movement on both health and the soul, whether it's for children or adults. What I emphasize in my group classes: • Posture • Body awareness • Mobility • Endurance • Balance Other qualifications: • MyADHDmove trainer • Children’s aerobics instructor • Health-conscious nutrition advisor • Spinal and prevention trainer

Since my childhood, sports have revolved around my life. I played football, and then I switched to the "dark side" — the referee’s field. In addition to coaching, I have been a football referee for over 8 years, officiating in women’s NB1 and men’s NB3 matches. As a member of the national team, I have assessments at least twice a year, so maintaining continuous physical readiness and conditioning is important to me. In addition to my group fitness instructor qualifications, I am also a certified personal trainer and hold a mental health counseling certificate, so I am experienced in keeping both the body and mind fit. My goal is to help as many people as possible fall in love with sports, guiding them down a path they will never regret, leading them to a fuller, happier, and healthier life. If you enjoy varied and challenging forms of exercise, I look forward to seeing you at my PRAMA classes.
